Acceptance

By using ThinkBigCRM ("the Service"), operated by Think Big Leaders, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Access

The Service is provided to invited users only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt or overload the Service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to store or share.

Your content

You retain ownership of the records, notes and files you add to the Service. You grant us permission to store and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

Connected services

You may connect third-party services such as Google Calendar. Those connections are optional, are governed by the respective provider's own terms, and can be revoked by you at any time.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think Big Leaders is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or lost profits.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data.
