Who we are

ThinkBigCRM is a private customer relationship management tool operated by Think Big Leaders. It is used by our own team to keep track of contacts, companies, deals and meetings.

What we collect

• Account details you provide when signing in — your name and email address.
• CRM records you create — contacts, companies, deals, notes, tasks and files.
• Calendar data, if you choose to connect your calendar: event titles, times and attendees for upcoming events.
• Meeting notes, if you choose to connect a meeting-notes provider.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate the CRM for you: showing your pipeline, surfacing upcoming meetings, suggesting follow-up tasks and generating summaries. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

If you connect Google Calendar, we read your upcoming events in order to display them and to suggest related tasks. We request the minimum access needed for this. Google user data is never sold, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or used to train generalised AI models. You can disconnect at any time from the app's settings, or revoke access directly at your Google account permissions page. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Data is stored on the Base44 platform. Access is restricted to signed-in users, and records are visible only to the account that created them. Connection credentials are stored securely and are never shown in the interface.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual records at any time from within the app, and you can request deletion of your entire account and its data by contacting us.
